Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential riders, provide them with detailed product information, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless experience. Your efforts will play a crucial role in building trust and maintaining a high level of engagement with riders.Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound Calling:- Make proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our product offerings.- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product to encourage rider sign-ups.2. Customer Support:- Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing rider concerns.3. Lead Management and Follow-Up:- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users.- Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty.4.
