Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic sales associate to collaborate and work with our sales team. Your main duty as a Sales folk is to market and close deals with prospective clients on our goods and services. To meet and surpass sales targets, you will proactively look for new business opportunities, cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, and work with the sales team. A customer-centric mindset, goal orientation, and effective communication are essential for success in this position.Responsibilities: Sales Associate- Make a conscious effort to find new business prospects via social media, networking, and cold calling.- Develop and preserve relationships with customers by being aware of their needs and offering top-notch support.- Introduce, market, and close deals with potential clients for goods and services.- Reach the predetermined sales goals and objectives within the allotted time.- Work together as a team to share best practices, exchange information, and advance the success of the group as a whole.- To find growth opportunities, stay up to date on market activity, competitors, and industry trends.- Create and deliver sales presentations that are customized to each client s requirements.- Respond to consumer questions, give precise information, and fix problems right away.- Keep thorough records of all transactions, including sales and interactions with customers.Requirements and Skills: - Demonstrated expertise in sales or a similar field.- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.- Goal-oriented and passionate about hitting and surpassing goals.- The capacity to operate both individually and cooperatively in a group.- Possessing knowledge of sales analytics and CRM software is advantageous.- A high degree of resilience and self-motivation (ref:updazz.com)
