Role: Field Sales ExecutiveQualification: Graduation Experience required: 4-5 years of experience in lending business loans Location: Bangalore/Coimbatore/New Delhi/Indore (Work From Office) Compensation: 5- 10 LPA Incentives (Average 20-30% of hike could be provided on the current / previous Fixed Salary)Key Responsibilities - - Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and onboard prospective clients for business loans through direct interactions, field visits, and networking.
-Lead Generation : Generate leads through field activities, partnerships, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
-Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
-Sales Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for business loans in line with organizational goals.
