POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to assist with the onboarding process for candidates on H-1B visas. This office-based role will provide hands-on experience in business development and immigration compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Communication: Engage with H-1B candidates to gather required documentation and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process.
2. Documentation Management: Organize and maintain records related to H-1B visa applications and onboarding procedures.
3. Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to immigration laws and company policies during the onboarding of H-1B candidates.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR and legal teams to address any compliance issues and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
5. Orientation Support: Assist in the orientation process for new H-1B employees, helping them integrate into the company culture and their roles.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Basic knowledge of H-1B visa processes is a plus, but not required.
