Job Description
GenZS Recruitment Solutions is Hiring: Experienced IT Services Sales Executive
Eligibility:
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Any Branch)/MCA and MBA (preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a sales person in the IT services industry
Job Description:
Generate leads (new customers), create a sales funnel, and close the right customers
Meet and exceed yearly revenue targets for the IT services business
Stay updated with trends in the technology industry and emerging technologies
Conduct organized and well-planned sales calls, including both scheduled and cold calls
Utilize social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to generate more leads
Act as a customer champion by understanding and speaking from the customer s perspective
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong functional knowledge of existing and modern technologies (e.g., iOS and Android Apps, Frontend, Backend technologies like Angular, React, Kubernetes, Cloud, etc.), and eMobility
A technology enthusiast who enjoys learning and applying new technologies
Ability to understand customer requirements and position GenZS Recruitment Solutions to deliver the expected solutions
Proven ability to find new leads, nurture them, create a funnel, and close deals
Expertise in using social media for marketing and generating sales leads
Strong negotiation and closing skills in the IT services business
Ability to create commercial proposals and respond to RFPs from prospective customers
Excellent communication skills (both listening and speaking) and presentation skills
Established customer connections in India, US, Europe, and other global markets within the IT services industry
