-Setting ambitious targets for self and team and achieving it month on month.
-Recruiting, training and managing of the sales team to deliver on the targets in the assigned territory.- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.- Problem solve to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction. Candidate Details : - Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in NBFC/Bank, doing B2B/MSME/LAP lending; (clean energy sector sales experience is preferred.)- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.- Excellent management and organizational skills.- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.- Effective communication skills.CTC on offer : Best in Industry.
