Job Description
Job Summary :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Glass Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the architectural glass industry, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company s client base.- Present and promote our range of architectural glass products to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and applications.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding glass specifications, applications, and installation.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the architectural glass or building materials industry.- Strong understanding of architectural glass products, applications, and market trends.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Skills :- In-depth knowledge of architectural glass products, their properties, and applications.- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to read architectural blueprints and specifications.- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
