Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer s requests.Roles & Responsibilities :- Providing technical support and respond for incoming queries related to HRM software (uKnowva)- Handling the Tickets related to IT Technical Issues, ensure that all issues are properly logged, categorising and prioritising as per the defined TAT - Understanding & Detailing user issues, answering on phone calls, writing replies to emails & executing the services - Take ownership of problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the customer and communicate progress on time.- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & manager - Basic knowledge of SQL and EXCEL- Proper understanding of the client requirements- Understanding PHP code will be an added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
