Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 Yrs) Maharashtra/Kolhapur (BFSI Sales)

Positions and Obligations :- Taking charge of the group and inspiring them to meet the set aims and objectives of the organisation.- Discuss new business ventures, initiatives, procedures, and system requirements in communication with internal and external stakeholders.- Assist management with expansion strategies and give regular dashboards and updates on the current situation to partners and management.- To guarantee seamless business as usual, oversee the operations team responsible for both branch and back end operations.- Create an operations model that is lean, aggressive, economical, and focused on the client.- Deal with walk-in clients and be cognizant of their requirements- Assist in product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.- Develop, plan, and implement operational strategies with operational excellence.- Through active involvement in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy creation, forecasting, and sales, the organisation aligns its sales objectives with a strong company strategy.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 tears of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
