Job Description:- Business development : Serve as a key member of the BD executive team that sets strategic directions and achievement of Global Budget of the company.- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.- Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients.- Collaboration : Work closely with the BD team, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless sales process.- Sales Reporting : Track sales activities and results, providing regular reports to management on performance and pipeline status.- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position products and services.- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-ups on leads, quotes, and proposals, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating client information and sales progress.- Conferences : Responsible for participating in various Business forums, International and National Business Conferences, Trade Shows etc.Job Requirements:- Qualification: M.
