• Manage the front desk by answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Handle client inquiries, providing accurate information about company services.
• Maintain office security by controlling access and monitoring visitor logs.
• Support other departments with day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
