Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:1. Identify and qualify potential clients through various digital channels, building and maintaining a internal sales pipeline. 2. Lead Management: - Track and manage leads and prospects using spreadsheets.
-Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain communication logs. 3. Utilize knowledge of digital marketing terminologies to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. 4. Data Maintenance & Analysis: - Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards. 5. Create and deliver impactful presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating digital strategies and results. 6. Process Optimization: - Help streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
-Create and manage sales-related documentation and workflow 7. Sales Support: - Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
-Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects related to sales operations. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. (ref:updazz.com)
