Job Description
Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting :- Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital channels- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients via professional networking platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing channels2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management :- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients- Understand client business needs and propose tailored IT solutions- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure3. Sales Strategy and Performance :- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets- Develop and implement digital sales strategies- Track and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts4. Technical Solution Selling : - Gain in-depth understanding of the company s IT solutions and services- Effectively communicate technical value propositions to potential clients- Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends5. Proposal and Negotiation :- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals- Negotiate contract terms and pricing- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibilityRequired Skills :- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM software- Basic understanding of IT solutions and emerging technologies- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities- Proven track record of meeting sales targetsPreferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in IT sales or technology solutions- Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation- Strong network in IT industryKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Total Identified Leads: 50-75- Qualified Leads: 20-30- Engagement Rate: 15-20%- Conversion to Meeting: 5-10 potential meetingsCompensation Package (Estimated for 2-4 Years Experience in India):- Sales Commission: 5-10% of total sales value- Performance Bonus: Up to - 1,00,000 annually- Performance-linked incentives- Health insuranceAdditional Benefits: - Health insurance - Professional development opportunities - Mobile and internet allowance - Performance-linked incentives (ref:updazz.com)
