Senior Process Associate

Job Summary: Responsible for developing and optimizing processes for producing organic fertilizers. This role requires expertise in chemical engineering, process design, and scaling up production processes.

Qualifications:

Education:

Master s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years in process development and engineering, preferably in biostimulants or fertilizers.

Experience in scaling up chemical processes.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of chemical engineering and process design.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with seaweed processing.

Knowledge of biostimulants and fertilizer industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development:

Develop and optimize chemical processes for organic fertilizers

Design and conduct experiments to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Lead the scale-up of processes from laboratory to commercial scale.

Maintain detailed process documentation and collaborate with production teams.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals.

Establish and maintain quality control protocols.
