Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates/post-graduates to join our sales team as Sales Manager - Primary Residential Real Estate Markets. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build their career in real estate sales and marketing with a supportive, high-performing team.You ll receive mentorship from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in client handling, sales strategy, and property marketing-all while having the opportunity to earn attractive incentives/commissions on each sale.Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction:- Build relationships with potential buyers and understand their property requirements.- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs to showcase offerings.- Sales and Marketing:- Proactively reach out to leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure property listings are effectively promoted.- Negotiation and Closing:- Guide clients through the buying process, addressing concerns and providing solutions.- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.- Market Research:- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to provide clients with the best advice.- Reporting:- Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.- Share regular updates with the sales leader on leads, site visits, and closures.
