Role Summary
You will help to make sure customers have a great experience by guiding them with information about the store s products. This person helps boost sales by interacting with customers, keeping up with the latest products, and making sure customers get the right information to make good buying decisions.

Key Result& Areas
Contribute to store sales target through effective selling skills
Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
Have a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered including features, benefits and any current promotions.
Ensure products are well-displayed and organized on the sales floor.
Inventory management-including restocking, expiry checks and conducting inventory checks.
Follow Standard Operating procedure, ensuring smooth operations.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
Technical Behavioral
Customer Service, Selling Skills, Process Orientation, Retail Math
Grooming, Discipline, Punctuality, & Communication skills.
