Responsibilities :- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads.- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.Skills & Qualifications :- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role in field sales.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).- Proficient in English and local language.- Market knowledge.- Communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build rapport.- Time management and planning skills.Additional Information :- Competitive salary package of 4.2 LPA based on experience and qualifications.- Opportunity to work in Bangalore with potential for career growth in a dynamic field sales environment.- This job profile can be adjusted further based on specific organizational needs or preferences related to the Business Development Executive role in field sales.
