Intern - Business Development/Marketing (0-1 Yrs) Pune (Online/Digital Marketing)

Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, business development initiatives, and customer engagement tactics.
-The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about contributing to the growth of our company.Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape.- Analyse industry trends and compile data to support marketing strategies and business development plans.- Marketing Campaigns:- Assist in the creation, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).- Develop engaging content for marketing materials, social media posts, and company newsletters.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. Business Development :- Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients and partners.- Maintain and update the Business Tracker with new leads, client information, and ongoing activities.- Customer Engagement :- Support customer relationship management by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.- Help in the development and execution of customer retention strategies.- Administrative Support:- Provide administrative support to the marketing and business development teams as needed.- Assist in the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.Qualifications :- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.- Strong interest in marketing and business development with a basic understanding of marketing principles.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Duration :This is a 3-months paid (INR-5000) internship programme with the potential for extension/conversion as a full time based on performance and business needs.Location : Magarpatta City(Pune) (Work from office) (ref:updazz.com)
