Key Responsibilities : - Sales & Distribution : Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and retailers to ensure smooth distribution and high fill rates.
-Market Knowledge : Utilize deep understanding of the local market to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
-Customer Relationship Management : Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
-Digital Transactions : Manage and promote digital transaction methods to streamline sales processes.
-Retail Expansion : Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding our retail presence in the assigned territories.
-Performance Tracking : Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) to meet sales targets. Skills & Competencies : - Proven experience in sales within the dairy or FMCG edibles sector.
-Strong understanding of distribution networks and digital transactions.
-Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills.

-Proficiency in sales and B2B sales.
