As an Associate in the Brand Growth & Operations team, you ll be the bridge between LaFetch and our partner brands, guiding them to success. From seamless onboarding to data-driven growth strategies, you will be at the heart of our mission to amplify homegrown talent and elevate their presence in the competitive e-commerce space.Key Responsibilities: New Brand Onboarding:- Scout and onboard brands that align with LaFetch s aesthetics and vision for premium, homegrown labels.- Coordinate across teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, helping brands integrate effortlessly into the LaFetch ecosystem. Brand Console Management:- Take charge of setting up and managing brand profiles and product details on the LaFetch console.- Regularly update information to ensure brand pages stay fresh, accurate, and enticing for customers. Brand Relationship Management:- Be the go-to person for partner brands, handling queries and concerns with ease and professionalism.- Work closely with internal POCs to resolve issues, support brand needs, and ensure swift, effective communication. Brand Growth and Performance:- Collaborate with partner brands to unlock their full potential through data-backed strategies.- Analyze sales trends, forecast future growth, and identify opportunities to improve brand performance.- Provide actionable insights on ad performance, product launches, seasonal collections, and promotions to drive results.- Propose strategies for sales, discounts, and marketing campaigns aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
