Job Description
- Looking for a Assistant Manager-Corporate Sales with 1 year of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management roles.
-They should be strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.What s for the Candidate : - Salary as per industry standard Job Responsibilities :Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients across various industries.
-Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
-Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
-Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service delivery.Tie-ups and Partnerships : - Identify opportunities for strategic tie-ups and partnerships with new and existing clients.
-Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships that align with the company s objectives.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of partnership initiatives. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives : - Research and identify companies engaged in CSR activities, particularly those targeting PSUs.
-Establish connections and engage with CSR decision-makers to explore partnership opportunities.
-Develop proposals and presentations highlighting the benefits of collaborating on CSR initiatives.Market Research and Analysis : - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market segments, and growth opportunities.
-Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Reporting and Documentation : - Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client engagements.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and correspondence.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Mandatory Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management roles- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders- Track record of achieving sales targets- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM softwareSkills :- Communication skills - Interpersonal skills - Negotiation skillsEligibility Criteria : - Proven working experience of 1 years in pharma industry or corporate sales.
