Front Office Executive

We are looking for an energetic, smart and hardworking candidate for the role of front office executive in our organisation St Xavier 's College ,Bangalore . Job overview In the front office executive& role, you are responsible for the reception and guidance of guests and making sure they have agreeable visits. You are also expected to handle some administrative activities including filing and organizing documents. Success in this role is demonstrated by maintaining the cleanliness and quality of front desk activities, as well as organizing supplies and documents. Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls courteously and forwarding that to respective teams.
• Greeting the guests in a professional manner
• Handles client complaints according to the situation
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
• & Maintains schedules.
• Receives deliveries to respective team member.
• Responding to email and in-person inquiries.
• Co-ordination should be kept with the entire staff in the organisation.
• Ensuring compliance with security and safety procedures.
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Take up other duties as assigned.
