Job Description
Position Title - Senior Sales - eCommerce Service SalesExperience - 4-5 YrLocation - Chembur, MumbaiWorking mode - On-sitePrimary skills - E-commerce services and solution sales, B2BQualifications - Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related fieldKey Responsibilities :Sales Leadership :- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for eCommerce services.- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance.Client Acquisition :- Identify and target potential clients in need of eCommerce services, including platform development, digital marketing, and optimization.- Conduct in-depth sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our solutions and their benefits.- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.Account Management :- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored eCommerce solutions.Market Analysis :- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the eCommerce sector.- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategiesCollaboration :- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials for eCommerce services.- Coordinate with the product and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of eCommerce solutions.Reporting & Forecasting :- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.Networking :- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and establish new connections.- Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers and potential partners.
