Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our wellness company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, particularly within HR departments, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients. This role will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts and expanding our presence in the corporate sector.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Execution - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote our mental wellness solutions to corporate clients.- Client Acquisition - Identify and target potential corporate clients. Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR and other relevant departments.- Account Management - Manage and grow existing corporate accounts. Ensure client- satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and addressing any concerns.- Presentations and Demos - Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to HR teams and other corporate stakeholders.- Negotiation and Closing - Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients. Develop proposals, contracts, and pricing models tailored to client needs.- Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.- Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.- Reporting - Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
