Job Title: Manager - Inside SalesLocation: Delhi NCR (Gurugram)Department: SalesReports to: Director MarketingJob Summary:The Manager - Inside Sales will lead and drive the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets in the fast-paced Study abroad industry. This role involves developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and maximize customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams, preferably in the education or technology sector.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership and Management:- Recruit, train, and manage a team of inside sales executives.- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.- Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a high-energy, results-oriented culture.2. Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Monitor team performance metrics and optimize the sales process for maximum efficiency.- Identify new sales opportunities and ensure effective pipeline management.3. Customer Engagement:- Oversee the team s outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, and virtual presentations, to build strong customer relationships.- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales cycle.4. Process Optimization:- Analyse sales workflows and implement improvements to enhance conversion rates and reduce response times.- Ensure the effective use of CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.5. Market Insights and Feedback:- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand.6.
