The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams, preferably in the education or technology sector.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership and Management:- Recruit, train, and manage a team of inside sales executives.- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.- Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a high-energy, results-oriented culture.2. Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Monitor team performance metrics and optimize the sales process for maximum efficiency.- Identify new sales opportunities and ensure effective pipeline management.3.
