Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts for Insurance technology practice and building meaningful client relationships. Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing LinkedIn campaigns, identifying, and connecting with key decision-makers, and ensuring our messaging resonates with client pain points. This opportunity is for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of marketing in the software services industry.Experience: 2 to 4 YearsLocation: Noida/Pune (WFO)Shift: Regular Notice: 15 to 30 DaysKey Responsibilities :- Develop, manage, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to drive lead generation and brand visibility.- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for executive profile searches and outreach to target decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs, etc.).- Research client role and expertise and needs to craft tailored messaging that aligns with HVT s service offerings.- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.- Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in B2B and software services.What We re Looking For :- Experience: Proven expertise in managing LinkedIn campaigns and digital marketing efforts, preferably for a software services or IT company.- Skills: Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).- Track Record: A history of delivering measurable results, from lead generation to client engagement.- Personal Attributes: A self-starter with a consistent work ethic, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset.- Preferred but not necessary Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Insurance, Financial Services, SaaS, cloud services, or software development concepts is a plus.
