Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive specializing in Furniture & Project Sales with a focus on relationship management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the furniture and project sales industry, demonstrating strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to drive sales, manage client accounts, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.Key Responsibilities :- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Sales Growth : Drive sales for furniture and project-related products by identifying new opportunities and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Project Coordination : Work closely with project teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, meeting project specifications and client expectations.- Lead Generation & Follow-up : Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals. Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into sales.- Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of our furniture products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients and address any queries.- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for business development.- Sales Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide insights to management.Required Skills & Qualifications :Experience : 2 to 3 years in furniture and project sales, with a proven track record in relationship management.Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present products to clients.Customer Focus : A customer-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Problem-Solving : Ability to handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.Adaptability : Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in B2B sales within the furniture industry.- Familiarity with project-based sales and coordination.Benefits:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Professional growth and development opportunities.- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
