Job Description
- Business Development along with team management - Relevant experience in Non-Apple / Windows Sales particularly in Hardware -Microsoft and Samsung products - Minimum 5 years to upto 10 years in relevant field- Immediate to 15 days notice periodWindows- Relevant experience in Non-Apple / Windows Sales particularly in Hardware -Microsoft and Samsung productsKey Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise-level clients.- Understand client needs and align our services to exceed their expectations.- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and serve as their advocate within the organization.2. Business Development:- Identify new business opportunities within the enterprise sector and develop strategies to capture them.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales and marketing plans.- Lead negotiations, contract development, and closure of enterprise-level deals.3. Team Leadership:- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business team.- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members.- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.4. Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market insights to develop and adjust the enterprise business strategy accordingly.5. Financial Management:- Develop and manage budgets related to enterprise business operations.- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as needed.6. Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.- Analyze key performance metrics and take data-driven actions to improve results.
