Job Duties:
:
Project Manage testing team
:
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand:ups
:
Define Test Strategy for customer
:
Coach team members to write effective Functional and End to End Test Cases (covering various scenarios functional / regression / negative etc)
:
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
:
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
:
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
:
Ensure deliverables meeting agreed quality and standard
Skills:
:
Overall 8 years of IT experience with 3 years of experience in leading ERP Test Teams(SAP / Oracle / Infor LN)
:
Experience in conducting Test Assessments for understanding maturity levels and defining plan to improve maturity levels
:
Experience in defining Test Strategy for customers
:
Strong knowledge in end:to:end business process in any of the functional areas (Logistics / Mfg / Quality / Engineering / Finance)
:
Excellent Testing skills and experience in writing functional and end to end test cases
:
Experience in large scale discrete manufacturing processes
:
Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum)
:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
:
