We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Personal Loan Advisor to join our team.- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients, including analyzing their financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.- Present and explain our personal loan products, their features, and benefits to potential clients.- Customize loan solutions to meet individual customer requirements.- Assist customers in completing loan applications and provide guidance throughout the application process.- Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan approval.- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of applications.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.- Follow up with customers regularly to provide updates on their applications and address any questions or concerns.- Ensure all transactions and customer interactions adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.Candidate requirements :- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.- Strong knowledge of personal loan products and lending processes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong documentation skills.-Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.- Bachelor s degree is preferred.
