Resources : Provision of advanced sales tools, market data, and technology to support your sales efforts.How Will I Be Evaluated?Your performance as a Sales Assistant Manager will be evaluated based on:1. Sales Performance : Achievement of assigned sales targets and contribution to regional revenue goals.2. Client Engagement : Development and maintenance of strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Middle East.3. Market Expansion : Success in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.4. Team Collaboration : Effectiveness in working with the regional sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.5. Reporting Accuracy : Quality and timeliness of sales reports, market insights, and performance analyses.6. Compliance : Adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regional regulations.Roles and Responsibilities :1. Sales Execution : Implement the regional sales strategy and drive sales activities to meet or exceed targets.2. Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the Middle East.3. Client Relations : Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.4. Sales Support : Assist the Sales Manager in developing proposals, presentations, and contracts.5. Team Coordination : Collaborate with the regional sales team to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.6. Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.7. Budget Management : Assist in managing the sales budget for the region, ensuring efficient use of resources.8. Training and Development : Participate in training programs and provide support to junior team members.9. Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regional legal requirements.10. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to support sales initiatives.Requirements :1. Education : Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (along with MBA is an advantage)2. Experience : Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a focus on the Middle Eastern market.3. Skills :- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.- Understanding of the cultural and business landscape of the Middle East.4. Languages : Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.5. Travel : Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as required.6.
