Job Description
1. Lead Generation:- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
-Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to generate and qualify leads.2. Outbound Calling: - Proactively reach out to prospects via phone calls to introduce our products/services and assess their needs.
-Engage in meaningful conversations to articulate the value proposition and identify opportunities for collaboration.3. Appointment Setting: - Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
-Work closely with the sales team to understand their schedules and optimize appointment setting efforts.4. Relationship Building: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
-Provide accurate and timely information to potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.5. Data Management: - Document all interactions and information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
-Generate reports and analysis on lead generation and appointment setting activities.Qualifications: - Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to effectively articulate product/service features and benefits.
-Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.Education and Experience: - Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
-Previous min 6 months experience in a sales or business development role is advantageous. (ref:updazz.com)
