Job Description
Required a billing executive who knows invoicing and gst billing. Candidate should be hard working and know Marathi and English also. Candidate should have 2 years experience.&
Responsibilities:
Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
Maintain accurate billing records and update account information.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with financial policies.
Prepare periodic billing reports and financial statements.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a billing or finance role.
Strong understanding of billing processes and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
