Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, your role is to be both a strategic advisor and a relationship builder. You are responsible for acquiring clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored market insights, offering trade suggestions, and ensuring that they see measurable results. Your success depends on your ability to foster trust, stay knowledgeable about market trends, and align your solutions with clients goals for long-term growth. Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term business growth Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets Monitor and report on sales performance metrics Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Results-driven with a strategic mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team
