Roles & Responsibilities :1. Post Ads : Create and manage engaging advertisements to attract potential clients.2. Receive Calls and Leads : Handle incoming inquiries, providing information and converting leads into prospects.3. Visits/Closures : Schedule and conduct property tours, and closing deals with potential clients.- Move-Ins and Deposit/FMR Tracking : Coordinate move-ins and track deposits and the first month s rent.4.
