-With an additional focus on immersive VR experiences, we aim to be a leader in adventure tourism, delivering unparalleled excitement and memorable experiences.Job Summary:-- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the tourism and hospitality industry, with a proven track record of working closely with hoteliers and tour agents.
-This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of 10 sales representatives to drive growth and establish long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:-1. Sales Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market presenceCreate and oversee sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitors.2. Business Development & PartnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with hoteliers, tour agents, and other tourism stakeholders to drive bookings and partnership opportunities.Identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with the hospitality industry, especially within the Rishikesh region.Represent Thrill Factory at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings with business partners to promote offerings.3. Team Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 salespeople, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and challenges.Foster a positive and results-oriented work culture within the sales team.4. Sales Operations & ReportingOversee sales processes to ensure efficient and effective client management and service delivery.Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and team performance metrics.Analyze and report on sales results, adjusting strategies and approaches as needed.5.
