Sales And Marketing Intern

Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance) Pinco is an innovative mobile app designed to help students excel in campus placements. We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Marketing Intern to promote our platform, onboard users, and support our marketing initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, client communication, and performance-based growth. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Educate students on Pinco s features and onboard them onto the app.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns to promote Pinco s platform.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase app engagement and user retention.
• Support sales efforts by pitching Pinco s benefits to prospective users.
• Maintain records of onboarding activities and provide feedback to improve marketing materials.

Who Can Apply:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Experience in sales/marketing or knowledge of CRM tools is a plus but not required.
