We are a fast-growing Cybersecurity IT Company seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader Sales and Marketing to join our dynamic team. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will oversee daily operations, including planning, follow-ups, team coordination, and performance monitoring, with a strong focus on headhunting and talent acquisition within the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Motivation:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to consistently meet or exceed targets.
Create a high-performance culture, driving team accountability while providing support and guidance to ensure personal and professional growth.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to ensure alignment, share best practices, and review key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales and Marketing Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth within the cybersecurity sector.
Align marketing campaigns with the sales team 's objectives, ensuring both teams are working toward the same goals.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and content that resonate with prospects in the IT and cybersecurity industries.
Daily Planning and Execution:
Manage daily operations and planning for the sales and marketing team, ensuring all activities are aligned with the company s goals and timelines.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly plans for the team to ensure optimal lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities across team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion of daily objectives.
Headhunting and Talent Acquisition:
Lead the headhunting efforts for key cybersecurity roles and talent acquisition, ensuring the company attracts the best candidates for critical positions.
Partner with HR and recruitment teams to identify potential candidates, manage the interview process, and support onboarding efforts.
Ensure the marketing and sales teams have the necessary resources and skills to succeed in an evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track team performance against KPIs, sales goals, and marketing metrics to ensure targets are consistently met.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team progress, achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Implement corrective actions as needed to optimize team performance and drive results.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring that the team provides exceptional customer service and addresses client needs effectively.
Assist in managing complex client relationships and oversee the execution of customer engagement strategies.
Support the team in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity solutions to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to fine-tune sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing efforts reflect the latest cybersecurity innovations and value propositions.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with the Product, Customer Success, and IT teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product offerings.
Ensure the seamless execution of joint initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and support the company s growth objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and improve operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT sector.
Proven Track Record: A strong history of achieving sales and marketing targets, particularly in B2B or technology-driven industries.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team to perform at its best while maintaining a positive, results-driven culture.
