To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.

Roles and Responsibilities
1.Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies that align with the company 's goals.
- Identify target markets and segments for potential leads.
2. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and evaluate their lead generation methods.
3. Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.
4. Cold Calling and Email Campaigns:
- Initiate cold calls and conduct email campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Craft compelling pitch emails and follow up with prospects.
5. Qualification of Leads:
- Assess the quality of leads based on specific criteria.
- Use lead scoring techniques to prioritize outreach efforts.
6. Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
- Share insights and feedback to refine lead generation tactics.
7. Data Management:
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
- Track lead progress and report on metrics such as conversion rates.
8.Training and Development:
- Stay updated on industry developments, tools, and technologies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance lead generation skills.
9.Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the success of lead generation initiatives.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Skills / attributes required:
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Experience with cold calling
Experience with research and maintaining databases
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in using CRM
Strong project and time management skills
Qualifications / experience required:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
1-2-year(s) experience in Lead Generation
