We are seeking an experienced pharmaceutical leader with expertise in RA CMC to join our organization as the Director for RA CMC Biologics and Rare Diseases. About the Department
The RA CMC organization is growing, and we are strengthening our leadership team with a new Director with strong experience and interest in RA CMC Life Cycle Management.
The newly established RA CMC LCM Biologics and Rare Diseases is one of three area in RA CMC Biologics and Rare Diseases, which is a VP area organized in the RA CMC and Device organization. As Director, you will lead and develop leaders and specialists in an organization with more than 30 colleagues with a wide range of expertise and experience organized in three departments. The area is responsible for regulatory CMC development activities within the Novo Nordisk Biologics and Rare Diseases pipeline and early LCM of marketed products.

The Position

Lead a team in alignment with the Novo Nordisk Way to ensure optimal employee development, planning, and resource utilization.

Drive people processes and development, ensuring skills and competencies are aligned with present and future development projects and stakeholders.

Ensure effective BSC performance, quality, compliance, and environmental management within the department.
:
Communicate timely within the team and to all stakeholders, including external partners, and manage stakeholder interactions with health authorities, agencies/vendors, and consultants.
Qualifications

Masters degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.

Demonstrated Novo Nordisk Global Leadership Capabilities with a strong performance track record.

Ability to inspire, motivate, and make tough decisions for the greater good of Novo Nordisk.
:
Strong understanding of the Novo Nordisk value chain and the ability to pursue goals despite discouragement or opposition.
