National Sales Head
Job Description
-Ability to formulate Sales Strategy, Business Plans, Manage Company wide sales and streamline sales process.
-Develop alliances, Manage client relationship and Lead cross functional Teams.
-Provide direction, leadership and motivation to ensure that team performs to the best of their abilities and deliver consistently.
-lead a team of Sales Managers and Sales Officers and motivate them to exceed Sales Targets and increase Revenue.
-Plan meetings with clients and market intelligence, analyse competitors activities and prepare High quality Proposals and conduct presentations.
Skills Desired
-Excellent People Management Skills
-Good Communication skills and Persuasiveness.
-Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills.
-Proficient in relevant computer applications
The candidate should be Post graduate and Possess Diploma in marketing / MBA with around 12 to 15 years of experience in sales of Building Materials / Industrial Products and Projects.
Experienced Professionals having less than 12 years of relevant Product / Industry would be considered for the position of Business Development Head.
Age Preferred Between 35-45 years.
Excellent Salary Package would be offered to the right candidate.
