Pharma Sales Role (3-15 Yrs) Any Location/Anywhere In India/Multiple Locations (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Job Location : Across India opening (Non Metro as well ) IC roles - Experience should be 3-7 Years ; age limit - 36 Years Max Team Lead - Experience should be 8 years ; age limit - 38 Years Max ; at least managed 5 Team members ; Target Managed - 5 Lakh Per month - Need 3 -15 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in any Therapy Sales/Hospital sales /Derma/ Rheumatology/Super specialties) - Engaging with Pharma Companies OR Government institutes & Hospitals with different functions in Pan India.- Individual Contributor or Team lead (Managing at least 5 MRs/ ABMs) with regards to nurturing them and evaluating them on a periodical basis.- Mapping End User in Pharma Segment for different Sub Segments in Pharma Industry.- Use various techniques like Therapy discussions, product demonstrations, to convert the doctors.- Evaluating and Implementing different forms of Marketing activities in Pharma Segment.
-Expanding Geography to extend the reach to the market and targeting the required Segment.- Graduates / Post Graduates preferred with Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Pharma sales.- Good communication skills and Worked for less than 5 companies. (ref:updazz.com)
