Required Service Advisor, Mumbai

JOB DISCRIPTION:
Job Card Preparation:
Create job cards with detailed service instructions for the workshop team.
Coordination with Technicians:
Communicate service details and issues to the workshop technicians.
Quality Check:
Perform a post-service inspection of the vehicle to ensure quality standards.
Customer Communication:
Update customers about the status of their vehicle during servicing.
Delivery Management:
Explain the service performed and ensure customer satisfaction during vehicle delivery.
Customer Feedback:
Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality.
Documentation and Reports:
Maintain records of daily service operations and prepare reports.
Skills Required:
Strong communication
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills for job card creation and reporting.
