Manager - Digital Marketing (10-16 Yrs) Mumbai (Online/Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and increase brand awareness.
-Plan and manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize landing pages, user funnels, and customer journeys to enhance the digital experience and maximize conversion rates.
-Analyze key metrics and track performance of digital marketing initiatives using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and leverage emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
-Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives within budgetary constraints.
-Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster skill development and career growth.
-Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
-Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to amplify brand reach and drive customer acquisition.
-Work closely with sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
-Monitor and report on competitors digital marketing activities and industry trends to identify threats and opportunities and make recommendations for adjustments to the marketing strategy as needed.Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
-Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business results.
