Job Title : Tele Sales Executive Location : Gurgaon Company : Frankfinn Job Summary : Frankfinn is seeking experienced and dynamic Tele Sales Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong background in outbound calling within a BPO environment. The role involves selling our online courses over the phone, with a target of closing a minimum of one course sale. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell online courses.- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.- Provide detailed information about the courses and address customer queries.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.- Follow up with potential leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.Requirements : - Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling (BPO) is mandatory.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Consistent incentive earnings in previous roles are required.- Must not have a gap of more than 15 days between previous employments.- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.- Salary package ranging from 22,000 to - 35,000, depending on the candidate s last drawn salary.
