You will be the primary point of contact for customers who have purchased batteries and/or UPS systems, coordinating between the customer, manufacturer, and field service engineers. The role demands excellent communication, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure a superior customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support & Coordination:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding service-related queries.- Ensure timely communication between customers, manufacturers, and field service engineers.- Maintain service records and follow up on pending tasks to ensure closure.Issue Resolution & Escalation Management :- Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.- Analyze issues and determine appropriate solutions based on urgency and criticality.- Ensure customers are updated on progress and resolution timelines.Work Assignment & Prioritization:- Assign tasks to field service engineers based on priority, criticality, and availability.- Monitor service schedules and ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Customer-Centric Approach:- Always put the customer first by striving to deliver excellent service experiences.- Provide proactive updates and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.Data Analysis & Reporting:- Analyze service performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.- Prepare reports on service operations for internal stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills:Education : A degree or diploma in any discipline.
