The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure smooth operations of our communication services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated technical support Executive to join our dynamic team. -Guide clients in configuring and optimising their SMS and WhatsApp messaging solutions.- Document support interactions and resolutions in the company s ticketing system.- Collaborate with the development team to address complex technical problems and suggest platform improvements.- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation for SMS and WhatsApp solutions.
