Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate - Cross-border Solutions with expertise in the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) segment to join our growing team. As the Sales Associate for MSME, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business growth within this segment, with a strong focus on cross-border trade and remittance solutions tailored to the specific needs of MSME clients.Responsibilities :- Client Acquisition : Identify and prospect potential MSME clients engaged in Cross border trade, Imports and Exports through various channels, including cold calling, networking-events and meeting sales targets- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering relevant products or services- Transaction Support : Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-border trade regulations, foreign exchange, and remittance practices, providing valuable insights and support services to MSME clients.- Product Knowledge : Stay updated with our cross-border remittance offerings and international trade services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.- Sales Presentations : Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential MSME clients engaged in cross-border trade, showcasing the benefits of our tailored remittance solutions.- Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with other teams, such as operations, compliance, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of MSME clients engaged in cross-border trade and remittances.- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business performance related to cross-border trade and remittance services for presentation to the management team.Qualifications :- Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in Trade sales in banking or Fintech.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the MSME segment, with expertise in cross-border trade and remittance services.- In-depth understanding of cross-border trade regulations, foreign exchange practices, and remittance procedures.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business owners and decision-makers.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, coupled with excellent negotiation skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions.- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a positive impact in the MSME community engaged in cross-border trade and remittances.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- The chance to make a significant impact in the fintech industry and help MSMEs thrive.- Fintech Sales, Payment Services Sales, Payment Gateway Sales, Abroad Payment Sales, Cross Border Payment Sales, Business Development, Software Sales.
