Managing a set of Channel Partners- Ensure SOP adherence by all the assigned Partners for Customer Acquisition, retention an Store Operations.- Training to improve staff productivity and Quality- Execute various sales strategies & programs in collaboration with Channel Partners to achieve sales target- Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers- like BTL Elements, Promotional Campaigns, Mall Activation Events- Manage on ground fleet of Promoters of assigned territory- Corporate Tie-ups to generate new revenue streams.- Identify new ways of customer acquisition at the stores and roll out new offers for themEligibility Criteria- 1.
