Job Description
Location : Bangalore or Mumbai Experience Required : 3-8 years in Fintech and/or Supply Chain Financing Education : MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities : Pre-Sales Activities : - Identify potential leads and build a robust pipeline for the focus verticals - Conduct market research to understand the trade, credit requirements, brand positioning, business cycles and margins - Engage with trade associations to build relationships with manufacturers - Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation strategies. Sales Activities : - Contribute to different phases of sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
-Handoff the engagements to the operations team to execute credit programs on behalf of the anchors.
-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Industry - Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
-Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Management : - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
-Develop long-term relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Strategy and Planning : - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
-Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and approaches.
-Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions. Team Collaboration : - Work closely with the business analyst to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
-Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
-Coordinate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights. Qualifications and Skills : - MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred.
-5-8 years of experience in fintech, supply chain credit, or related fields.
-Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
-Understanding of the building materials industry - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
